Graduating with his BSME from the United States Military Academy, West Point, Skip served in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Skip’s fascination in Industrial Automation began when he was a Regional Sales Manager for Berendsen Fluid Power leading a team of over 50 people in the selling and servicing of hydraulics & pneumatics.
Later, getting his Masters from Georgia Tech and MBA from Long Island University, Skip formed the recruiting firm, The HTW Group, in the Spring of 2003.
